Hotel description:    The four-star EMB Hotel Memphis is situated in the fashionable heart of Amsterdam, Oud-Zuid, near to the WTC, Zuidas, Leidse Plein en de RAI. Located within walking distance of the Van Gogh, Stedelijk and Rijks Museums, the Vondelpark and stylish shopping streets.
The hotel has 78 rooms which are all equipped with airconditioning, wireless internet and a personal safe. The atmosphere is modern and warm.

Getting there: From Central Station you can take tram 16 and get out at stop “Emmastraat”. Than walk 50 meters back and you will see the hotel on your right hand side.

From Schiphol airport you can take a taxi (€35.00) or take the train to central station and from there take tram 16 as above.

By car
Follow the traffic signs to Amsterdam. When you reach Amsterdam, follow the signs “Ring Zuid”. Take exit 108 “Amsterdam Zuid / Amstelveen”. At the traffic lights follow direction Amsterdam. On your right hand side you will see the “Stadionplein” (Stadium Square). Follow the curve to the right and turn left at the traffic lights. At the roundabout exit at the second street on your right hand side. This leads you to the “Cornelis Krusemanstraat” which in turn becomes the “de Lairessestraat”. Continue straight to the second set of traffic lights and turn right. You will see The Gresham Memphis Hotel on your right hand side.
Car parking: There are sufficient parking facilities in the neighbourhood of the hotel. A day card costs € 20,00 from the machine.
